Roles

For customer content processed through OB-1 or hosted services, you are generally the controller or business and Neu Software LLC is generally the processor or service provider. For account, billing, security, and service operation data, Neu Software LLC may act as an independent controller.

Processing instructions

We process customer content to provide the service, route model and search requests, troubleshoot issues, protect the platform, enforce limits, and follow your documented instructions in the product or a signed agreement.

Data categories

  • Account data, such as email, authentication state, and plan.
  • Usage data, such as model, token, credit, request, and error metadata.
  • Customer content, such as prompts, code snippets, repository context, command output, and support material you choose to provide.
  • Billing data, such as customer IDs, subscription IDs, invoice events, and payment status.

Subprocessors and transfers

Subprocessors are listed on the Subprocessors page. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Enterprise requests

Teams that need a signed DPA, security questionnaire, or vendor review can contact [email protected].
